Extension d'un Groupe Scolaire

Nous avons récemment achevé l'extension d'un groupe scolaire en Guyane, marquant une évolution significative de l'établissement.

La modification la plus notable a été l'ajout d'un étage supplémentaire à un bâtiment existant. Pour réaliser ce projet ambitieux, nous avons élaboré une maquette BIM détaillée intégrant toutes les informations nécessaires aux travaux de modification : relevés de mesure par scan, fouilles de fondations, repérage de l'amiante, etc. Cette maquette BIM, enrichie de données précises, nous a permis d'entreprendre les modifications tout en tenant compte des multiples contraintes du projet.

Grâce à cette approche innovante, l'extension a été réalisée avec succès, offrant de nouveaux espaces optimisés pour l'apprentissage et le développement des élèves.

School Group Extension

We recently completed the extension of a school complex in French Guiana, marking a significant development for the institution.

The most notable change was the addition of an extra floor to an existing building. To accomplish this ambitious project, we developed a detailed BIM model containing all the information necessary for the building's modification: measurement surveys by scanning, foundation excavations, asbestos detection, etc.

This enriched BIM model allowed us to undertake the modifications while considering all the project's constraints. Thanks to this innovative approach, the extension was successfully realized, providing new optimized spaces for student learning and development.
