AK-ARCHITECTURE
Depuis notre création, nous avons réalisé + de 300 projets dans tous types de secteurs (habitat, industrie, hôtellerie, santé, etc...)
et pour toute forme de maîtrise d'Ouvrage (Collectivité, Entreprise, Associatif, Particulier,....).
Chaque étape du design architectural est validée avec le Maitre d’Ouvrage en réalité virtuelle, de la dimension des espaces, aux choix des matériaux en passant par la simulation des points d’éclairage. La maquette numérique ainsi que son hyper-modèle renseigné avec l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exploitation de l’ouvrage sont remis au client à l'issue du projet.

Since our inception, we have completed over 300 projects across all types of sectors (residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.) and for all forms of project ownership (public authorities, companies, associations, individuals, etc.).
Each stage of the architectural design is validated with the project owner in virtual reality, from the dimension of spaces, to the choice of materials, and through the simulation of lighting points. The digital model and its hyper-model, filled with all the information necessary for the operation of the building, are handed over to the client at the end of the project.

Démarche
Le cabinet AK-ARCHITECTURE à été créé en 2017, nous réalisons au départ des projets d'habitat puis on s'oriente rapidement vers des projets pour professionnels dans tous types de secteurs.
Notre cabinet réalise des projets selon les principes bioclimatiques du territoire, compacts, rationnels et donc économiques.
Nous montons pour nos clients des projets qui répondent aux exigences des différentes défiscalisations.
